Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund amount will cover the purchase price, excluding any original shipping fees.
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
